The building harmonizes with the beauty of it’s surroundings, it has an elegant, effortless and casual sophistication. When I design, a piece of wood carved by the ocean; or the corals embedded on the rocks that once supported an ancient mayan civilization are my starting points, these are the elements that talks to me, that reveal the soul and the character of the building. The interiors boasting the highest nowadays existing standards in terms of quality and refinement make this exceptional property, a prestigious masterpiece.

The house offers on the ground floor a garage, an entrance hall, followed by a wooden pathway across the garden, a living room with a magnificent open kitchen, a wine cellar, storage space, and two en suite bedrooms with both in and outdoor showers.
On the first floor, it features three ensuite bedrooms, one with a bathtub and private terrace lounge overlooking the ocean.
The property is air conditioned. The Sonos audio system located in every room gives an impressive sound quality, and the large windows opening onto an infinity pool, offer a stunning view of the Caribbean. Each element of the property has been considered to cultivate a remarkable sense of taste.
Interaction with guests
Our care-taking team will do their very best to accommodate you during your stay. We have a Mexican couple Bere and Weslin who live on-site in the backyard casita, along the with day help from Carolina and Pedro. Our staff will provide daily cleaning of the villa as well as the changing of bedding every third day, upkeep of the grounds and support for our guests and they are available from 9 to 5 each day, except for Sunday which is their day off.
